VNPAY payment gateway is a payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers use the card/bank account, QR Pay/VNPAY-QR feature built into banks' Mobile Banking applications or linked e-Wallets to pay for transactions and enter discount codes ( if any)

Payment methods via VNPAY

2.1. Payment method via "Payment application supporting VNPAY-QR"

Step 1: You select products, services and select Pay Now or Place Order
At the payment page, please check the ordered product, fill in the consignee information, select VNPAY payment method and press the "Order Now" button.

Step 2: The payment screen switches to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select method  “Payment application supports VNPAY-QR”

Step 3The system displays a QR code with the amount to be paid. Please check this amount again. Use a banking application (according to the list), select “Scan Code” and scan the QR code on the website payment screen

*Note: QR code is valid for 15 minutes
For the payment process to be successful, customers please review the conditions in advance and scan the code on your phone to be ready to avoid time-out issues affecting your payment and promotional code.

Step 4: Check information, enter discount code (if any) and complete payment
When payment is completed, you will receive a notification confirming your successful order on the website

Instruction for payment via QR Pay/VNPAY-QR feature

2.2. Payment method via "Domestic card and bank account"

Step 1: You select products, services and select Pay Now or Place Order
At the payment page, please check the ordered product, fill in the consignee information, select VNPAY payment method and press the "Order Now" button.

Step 2: The payment screen switches to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the method  “Domestic card and bank account” and select the bank you want to pay with the card in the list

Step 3: Please enter card/account information as requested and select "Continue". The OTP code will be sent to the registered phone, enter the OTP code to complete the transaction

*Note: Transaction will expire after 15 minutes 

Step 4: When payment is completed, you will receive a notification confirming your successful order on the website

2.3. Payment method via “International payment card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)”
